There's Life Beyond Tango...
Here's a list of places within a 10-minute walk where you can grab a quick, tasty, and affordable meal for around 250–600 RUB.
We've also marked the places where you can get a decent cup of COFFEE. Because coffee matters!

Wardrobe Emergencies
Lost a button? Torn a seam? Having a little outfit emergency?
There's a clothing repair shop on the ground floor of the same building where our marathon takes place. It's open daily from 11:00 to 18:00.
You can also find express alteration services at Bashkiria and Planeta shopping malls — both within a 10-minute walk (see the map), open from 10:00 to 21:00.
And if something goes wrong, just ask the organizers!
We can usually find a needle, some thread, glue, a pair of skilled hands, and a clever solution ;)

Take a Little Walk
Need a break between milongas?
There are some lovely places near the venue where you can enjoy a winter walk, make a snow angel, breathe in some fresh air, and recharge before your next tanda.
- Ufa Necklace Trail — 5 minutes on foot. Just cross Mendeleeva Street and you'll find the entrance to the Ufa Necklace — a network of well-maintained, illuminated walking trails through a beautiful forest right in the city.
- Bashkiria Foresters' Park & Botanical Garden — 5–7 minutes by bus. Take a bus south along Mendeleeva Street and you can enjoy a walk through the snowy forest of Bashkiria Foresters' Park. Or visit our Botanical Garden, where winter scenery meets a little piece of the tropics in the greenhouse.
- If a walk in the woods isn't your thing, just hop on a bus in the opposite direction. In 7–10 minutes, you'll reach either the lovely Kashkadan Park, with its ice rink and lake, or Lenin Square, home to Ufa's main Christmas tree.
